New Registration Instructions that hopefully have working LINKS

Good Morning:

It has come to my attention that the links in the PDF version of the Registration Instructions do not work.  It appears though that they DO WORK in the doc version.  So, USE THE FULLY OPERATIONAL 2021-22 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS_FINAL.docx attached.   And if you have any issues, feel free to call me.   I don't want anyone to waste time trying to troubleshoot my error.
