Mentor New Parents
Do you remember what it was like to be a new MAST parent, particularly if your student was new to racing? We're sure it was at least a little intimidating!
In recognition of our mission to be a high-performing and fun organization, we invite our experienced parents to mentor a new parent. Take them under your wing by meeting them for coffee and answering any questions they might have, and provide them with your cell number so they can text or call during the season. Set up a meeting point at a practice or race, so you can meet each other to watch. Be creative — whatever you think is helpful for a new parent, give it a try!
