Feb 11 Race Update

Good Afternoon:

Tomorrow's RACE PLAN and RUN ORDERS are attached. See separate tabs for each. A big thank you to the parents for filling most of the race worker positions. We still have need for one or two more people to assist with bib distribution and two to four more to help with scoreboard recording. If there is a parent who would like to help organize racers into the proper start order, we could use help up top as well. Fun job amidst all the excitement and chaos of the start arena. Athletes, if you are planning on racing, please double check to see that your name is on the run order. I pulled anyone who raced yesterday at Wild Mt, with the exception of our 7th and 8th grade boys who raced for MAST. They can race in both races.  

The run orders are sorted by schools. If you name is missing, I can still add you to the run order. Just send me an email at markrobertconway58@gmail.com. If you are not racing and your name is on the run order, you can let me know that as well.  

Section racers: I hope you can come out to support the JV racers. We will train immediately after the race concludes on lanes A, B and C.   

The field tomorrow is small. The race should run quickly. Inspect both courses during the first inspection. We will allow you to quickly slip and re-inspect in between runs, just to refresh the track and refresh your memory. Hope to finish up by 5:45 or earlier. You are welcome to stay and train after the race.
