1. The Temps Are Cold This Week... But Nothing Like The Old Days!
Be sure to dress with LOTS of layers. Bring a face mask. Mittens are warmer than gloves. Everyone should wear their snow pants this week. You need to keep your legs warm.
2. Training all week.... Starting at 7:45AM Tuesday morning.
