2022-23 MAST Coffee Fundraiser

    Athlete Fundraiser:  Urban Venture Coffee Sales

    Proceeds raised by athletes can be used to help pay for 
    Athletes:  please use the Urban Ventures order form to collect and track orders.  NOTE:  you must collect payment at time of sale. 
    • Print Two Forms: Urban Ventures Products Flyer and the Urban Ventures Order Form.
    • Review 2022 Urban Venture product offerings.
    • Reach out to people you know who might just be willing to support you in your pursuit of ski racing excellence.
    • Collect orders and payment from now until Monday, November 28th
      • ​Prefer checks made payable to MAST, no credit cards.
    • Submit all orders using the the form below once you have completed sales​
      • Do not input orders if you have not received payment
      • Last day to submit orders is Monday, November 28th.  You can deliver completed forms and payments when you come to practice on Monday, November 28th.  Hopefully we will be skiing at Hyland.   You can also deliver your Urban Venture orders to Hope White at 4950 Clinton Ave South, Mpls 55419. 
      • ​Make a copy of your Urban Ventures Order Form.  Submit the original order form and keep the copy of the order form so you can use it to make deliveries.   
      • Orders that do not have accompanying payments will not be placed
