MAST Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

Yes, MAST is offering a Summer Strength and Conditioning Program. We begin Monday, June 15. Unfortunately, we will not be gathering for in-person group workouts. Instead, we will send you three workouts a week that you can perform on your own or with a small group of friends who will maintain proper social distance. Short video demonstrations starring your captains will accompany written instructions. Workouts will change weekly and build in intensity as the summer progresses. No weights or special equipment will be needed. You may want to run up to your hardware store to pick up some chalk so you can draw a speed ladder on your sidewalk and dig into your closet for your jump rope you used in gym class in grade school. You also will want some quality running shoes that will also allow you to run, jump, cut. You do need to REGISTER for the MAST Summer Strength and Conditioning Program. Use the form to the left to register. Once registered, you will receive an invitation to join the MAST Instagram or MAST YouTube accounts. We will be posting the workouts to both of these private MAST social media sites. And, once registered, your captains will be in touch with you to help motivate you and answer your questions.
