Proceeds from this fundraiser will support the MAST team during the 2020-2021 season

Athletes: please use the MinneSalsa order form to collect and track orders. NOTE: you MUST collect money at time of sale.

- Prefer checks made payable to MAST, no credit cards
Submit all orders using the the form below once you have completed sales
- Do not input orders if you have not received payment
- Last day to input orders is Wednesday, November 11th.
- Keep your paper MinneSalsa order form - you will need this to make your deliveries
Turn in or mail payment to Mike by Friday, November 13th

- Orders that do not have accompanying payments will not be placed
