Great Harvest Baker of the Day Fundraiser
MAST has a wonderful opportunity to earn money for our program thanks to the generosity of Steve and Gail Arnold and The Great Harvest Bread Company in Linden Hills. They are ‘giving’ us the bakery for the day on Sunday, January 13. Every dollar that comes into the bakery, MAST keeps. AND, we get to work at the bakery that day.
WHEN IS IT?
Sunday, January 13, 8 am to 5 pm, is the day MAST runs the bakery.
NOW! is the time to start PRE-SELLING breads, cookies, muffins etc. to all of your friends, family and neighbors. You have until Thursday, January 10th to collect orders and payments.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Pre-sell bread, muffins, cookies, granola, cinnamon rolls and scones!
Everyone should help sell products by collecting pre-orders. The success of this fundraiser rests heavily on our ability to pre-order products.
Our goal is for every skier to sell at least 10 loaves of bread. We’re offering a $200 Pierce gift card for the athlete who pre-sells the most product. The second place winner will receive a $100 Pierce gift card, and the third place winner gets to set a course for a day.
Distribute pre-order forms in your neighborhood, at school, at work, etc. You must collect the forms AND the payment (cash or checks made out to MAST) no later than Thursday, Jan. 10. All money must be collected at the time the pre-order is placed and cannot be paid for the day of pick-up. Submit order forms and money to Abbey Showalter-Loch (email@example.com), Jodi Mkaouri (firstname.lastname@example.org), or Jean Hutchinson Legler (email@example.com) who will be at all practices and the race during the week of January 7. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please email one of them directly.
