MAST Update #9 Friday, November 11, 2022 Dear MAST Athletes, Parents, Coaches and Friends: Just a few announcements, reminders, and administrative tasks to address. MAST Family Roster Attached is 2022-23 MAST Roster. I am sending this a day earlier than I indicated in Update #8 because my Saturday got tied up with other obligations. Please use this roster for MAST business only. Mainly, this roster will allow you to reach out to team members for the purpose of forming carpools. Orientation to the 2022-23 Alpine Season Sunday, Nov. 13 from 6-7PM. This important meeting will give you a detailed look at the Hyland training schedule, supplemental training sessions, camp, and races. All of your WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, HOW, AND WHY questions will be answered. In addition, we will show you how to:
Registration Update with MPS Athletics Attached is a roster of athletes who have registered for Alpine with the MPS Athletic Department. This may or may not be 100% accurate and up to date, but I believe it is accurate as of Thursday afternoon. Note that Column D indicates whether your high school athletic director has cleared you to participate yet. If you are not cleared, it might be because you have not submitted payment of the $75 MPS Activity Fee or an up to date physical examination form. It also might just mean that the AD has not processed your registration yet. This list does not get updated when you register online. The AD has to manually update this roster. There are about 13 of you who do NOT appear on this list. Please get registered today so your AD has time to process your registration, check that your grades are satisfactory, and clear you to participate in time for Tuesday’s dryland. Season Pass Pick Up on Monday, November 14 from 5:30-6:45PM. Do not miss the opportunity to pick up your season pass with your teammates and coaches. We have other business we need to address on Monday as well, so it is important for you to be there. The beauty of getting your pass on Monday night is that you will not be standing in a long line to pick up your pass the day of our first practice. You will be able to just walk in and hit the slopes with your coaches. And don’t forget to bring the Hyland Waiver, which is attached. IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED A HYLAND SEASON PASS, YOU CAN DO SO ONLINE HERE: Hyland Season Pass Purchase Dryland training begins promptly at 4:30PM on Tuesday at Washburn. Look for us in the STADIUM. See you Sunday evening. Mark Conway
