Early Release

Good Morning:

I may have neglected to tell you that I did request an early release of 2:45pm for the athletes who had stated their intention to race. These lists do not always make their way to the middle schools from the high school athletic directors, so you might want to let your athlete's school know by whatever means they require these days(i.e., a phone call, email, note?). If your athlete is listed on the run order, but not on the list of athletes requesting an early release, it is because they never submitted a race intention for today.  I did not request an early release for any athletes who did not state their intention to race, but I did put them on the run order just in cause....   

If the temps are below zero at race time, we will likely ask the athletes to race with their jackets on today rather than strip down to their gs suits. They should still wear a gs suit if they have one, but wear their snow pants and jacket and any other warm gear they have.
