Dryland moved indoors

Good Afternoon MAST Coaches and Athletes:

The snow is welcome, but the conditions for training outdoors are not as safe as I would like.  

Training is moved INDOORS. For our middle school, SW, Roosevelt, and South athletes, go to the parking lot off of 49th street. The doors are magnetically locked so we cannot open them from the inside. I am told to instruct you to go to Door 3 first (community education entrance which is by the stairs going from the parking lot to the field next to the stadium). If Door 3 is locked, go to Door 5 which is in the corner by the dumpsters. If Door 5 is locked then go to Door 10 which is on the 50th street side of the building.   

We will be moving and grooving so wear good, sturdy athletic footwear and clothing. Bring a water bottle. Be ON TIME Please. Middle Schoolers: you are forgiven if you are running late. High Schoolers: you are not.
